Our leadership

Kasia (FHEA, MA & BA in Applied Linguistics, BSc in Economics, QTS, CELTA, DELTA) is an academic writing specialist and educator working at the intersection of AI literacy, academic integrity, and higher education pedagogy. She supports students and educators in using AI to improve argumentation, structure, and clarity while safeguarding authorship and independent thinking. Her work has been featured in invited and conference presentations for BALEAP, TESOL Arabia, ETA Uzbekistan, and Linacre College (University of Oxford), as well as TESOL events at the University of Sharjah, where she introduced her framework for integrating AI into education (read more here). In March 2026, she will be speaking at ESCP Business School in Paris on AI and assessment redesign in higher education.

Kasia Joins EDSAFE AI Alliance

Kasia has been selected as a Women in AI Fellow by the EDSAFE AI Alliance following a rigorous selection process.

Through her work at the intersection of education and emerging technologies, Kasia is committed to ensuring AI is adopted in ways that are safe, ethical, and genuinely beneficial for learners and educators. Her focus is on practical, safety-first implementation, supporting schools and education providers in making informed decisions about data privacy, transparency, bias, and student wellbeing.

Global Expert in AI in Academic Research, Writing & Pedagogy

In 2023, Kasia founded the Oxford Academy of English to support high-achieving international students navigating the demands of UK and US academic standards. Drawing on her background in TESOL, applied linguistics, and AI integration, the Academy’s programmes go beyond language accuracy to develop higher-order academic skills: persuasive writing, confident presentations, and critical thinking.

At the core of this work is the Academy’s flagship programme, AI in Writing, designed and delivered by Kasia. The programme equips students and educators with practical workflows for AI-supported drafting and revision, focusing on precision, efficiency, and academic integrity. Kasia also delivers CPD for TEFL, K-12 and higher education departments, giving teachers concrete strategies to embed responsible AI use into writing instruction and assessment.
